“O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, thank you for hiding these things from those who think themselves wise and clever, and for revealing them to the childlike.26 Yes, Father, it pleased you to do it this way!”

No understanding. That is what keeps all of us from our FULL potential. Jesus Christ emphasized that having an “understanding” of the Kingdom of Heaven was an essential aspect of our salvation. What did the angel mean when he spoke to Daniel regarding “understanding”? A good analogy for “understanding “ is a math equation. We can look at mathematical symbols (words/scripture) and unless we “understand” the mathematical definitions of the symbols and the mathematical process to the equation, we cannot come to the one and only correct answer to the equation. However, with the proper “understanding” of the mathematical processes and equivalents we can decipher the correct answer to the equation.

This same process is true when it comes to spiritual growth. Without “understanding” you cannot come to the right answers
